Epiphany strives to provide an optimal teacher/child ratio of 1 staff to 6-8 children, each class having a teacher and aide.

Teachers and aides are required to further their growth and competence by continuing graduate/undergrad studies and/or inservice coursework and workshops while maintaining active membership(s) in Early Childhood Education Associations.

Teachers and aides possess a warm and loving approach to children to provide an optimum learning environment by helping the preschoolers to develop to their full capacity through stimulating encouragement and presence of creative challenges.

Teachers and aides nurture the formation of a Christian character in children by demonstrating a deep love and respect for the dignity of every child and directing, modeling and guiding children to live peacefully in a mixed and heterogeneous society.
