The cancellation penalty after July 1, is equal to 2/10 of the annual tuition.

Tuition may be paid in full or in installments. Epiphany utilizes the services of FACTS Tuition Management for those who choose to make payments. FACTS provides a direct debit plan or a monthly check-writing plan (please note that 2007-2008 is the final year for this option). There is a one time fee for using either payment plan. Families choose their method of payment at registration and complete FACTS paperwork if necessary. The first tuition draw is made in July, and continues monthly through May.

If for some reason there is a difficulty in making payment on time, please notify the school as soon as possible so that we may adjust the time of your payment to meet your needs.
