Registration for the 2009/2010 School Year
If you were NOT enrolled with FACTS last year, and wish to make payments in 2009/2010, please go to the Epiphany website (www.epiphanycatholicschool.org) and follow the link on the home page to 'E-Cashier'. This is a secure site for enrollment. Once you have entered your information, we will complete your enrollment by entering the tuition amount. THIS IS ONLY FOR FAMILIES THAT ARE NOT CURRENTLY REGISTERED WITH FACTS. If in doubt, contact the office.
Just a reminder that Book and Supply Fees are due on June 1st. If families are not enrolled with FACTS for making tuition payments, tuition must be PAID IN FULL on June 1st. A $10.00 Late Fee will be added to each fee and student tuition due if not paid by June 9th. Any questions regarding this should be directed to the office.
Great things are happening at Epiphany!
We had a nice turnout for the Wind & Cheese Social last night, hosted by our Development Committee. Presented was the Epiphany Growth Strategic Plan, which includes integrating technology in our classrooms. Anyone that was unable to attend, but is interested in finding out more about the Strategic Plan, may contact Kevin McNamara @ 543-2235 or email him at mtnhi64@hotmail.com .
Congratulations to Mrs. Terry as she welcomes her 4th grandchild. David Russell Terry was born on Saturday and was welcomed home by his big brother, Ricky, and parents Dustin and Kerry.
Uniforms...
Please check uniform items at home to make sure that what has ended up there actually belongs is actually yours. During the spring, especially, we have a lot of missing items. If you happen to come across any item that does not belong to you, please send it in to the office. And parents, please be sure to put names in uniforms.
Flynn & O'Hara will be here on Thursday, May 28th to fit students for uniforms for the upcoming school year. Order forms were sent home this week. If you want your child measured, return the form to the office. Parents are encouraged, if possible, to come at 3:00 with their child to be measured. Uniforms may be ordered that day or any way listed on the uniform flyer.
PTO Meeting & Talent Show
The final PTO meeting of the school year will be held on Tuesday, May 19th. At this meeting PTO Officers for the 2009/2010 school year will be elected.
Dinner - AND a Show! That's right ~ a Pot Luck Dinner and our annual Talent Show should not be missed. It will be an evening of friendship and fun for the entire family. We hope to see everyone there, even if it is just for dinner.
- If you have any questions, please feel free to speak to Ellie Johnston or Mary Laybourne. They are usually around the school first thing in the morning or you may call them at home: Ellie @ 829-8125 or Mary @ 547-2936.
Illness at Epiphany
We have had a couple cases of strep reported this week. A virus is also going around that exhibits different symptoms in their 'victims'. Symptoms include any combination of headache, stomachache, chills, stomach cramps, fever, sore throat, vomiting or diarrhea. Red bumps can also appear in the throat but should disappear in two days. Combine all of this with the allergies that many of our students have, and it is hard to tell if a child is really sick! We ask parents to be the judge, as they know their children best. But please check temperatures before administering a pain reliever and let us know if your child has been dosed with any medication.
