Hot lunch is organized by our PTO.
Lunch, which must be ordered in advance, is available Tuesdays and Fridays.
Please be sure to pay with PayPal or send payment to school in an envelope labeled with your child's name so your order is not canceled. Paper forms are available in the office. Payments are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be deferred to another day. Change will not be returned and will be considered a donation to the PTO.
Orders must be placed no later than Tuesday, April 25th at 2pm.
Late orders will not be accepted.
Online orders are preferred, paper forms are available in the school office and must be sent in with exact cash or
a check made payable to Epiphany Catholic School.
In order to ensure this program runs smoothly, we need your help on Tuesdays and Fridays throughout the school year. Please consider donating a few hours of your time to help in the pavilion. The sign up form is attached. Lunch runs in half an hour time slots from 11:00 - 1:15 and we ask that you stay to help with every group if you are able. For those who would like to volunteer, but cannot stay the entire time, we have two shift options (10:45-12:00 and 12:00-1:15).
While you are volunteering, you will be responsible for helping to hand out lunches to students and assisting with cleanup after lunch is over. This enables our lunchroom staff members to focus on the students.
We also need help picking up lunches from the restaurants and delivering them to the pavilion. The first pickup is at 10:20 and the volunteer will be responsible for picking up a check from the office and taking it to the restaurant. The second pickup is at 11:20.
